AUS 4

this is a record of the stuff I bought. the things in DFOs are freaking cheap.

THUS FAR, I HAVE PURCHASED:

1. two pairs of boat shoes [49.95]
-- Payless shoes [which still reads 'payless' to me instead of 'pay-less']

2. High Fidelity, Nick Hornby [9.90] + The Remains of the Day, Kazuo Ishiguro [25.90]
-- Borders. books are priced the same regardless of DFO or main outlet, btw.

3. vintage-green basic pocket tee [12-ish?]
-- factorie

4. Alice's Adventure in Wonderland, Lewis Carroll [9.90] + Adventures of Tom Sawyer, Mark Twain [9.90]
-- Borders

5. 2 tee-shirts [2 for 20] + long-sleeved shirt [7.90] + grey cardi [7.99. FINALLY]
-- Cotton-On

6. a pair of awesome shorts [sadly, 20] + awesome thick cardi [9.90, cheaper than shorts -- wtf.]
-- factorie

7. two pairs of berm-ish shorts [25 each -- 50 tot. r.r.p 50 but DFO-ed 25. awesome possum.]
-- Levis

8. Pride and Prejudice, Jane Austen [9.90] + The Little Prince, Antoine De Saint-ExupĂ©ry [9.90. I have the pictured one but I figured this would fit together with the other penguin covers! yours sincerely, bookworm.] + Will Grayson, will grayson, John Green [21.99. been finding it since October] + Paper Towns [17.99. meh, he's awesome.]
-- Borders

INCLUDING STUFF BOUGHT TODAY:

9. this really cool shirt [59.95. really cool so worth it - don't judge me. if it makes me feel better it was on a 10-dollar discount. HAHA] from this really cool aussie brand,
-- industrie

10. a hell lot of souvenirs which i obviously can't say what but it costed me a freaking bomb of a 30 dollar receipt. but, they are just so, so, good.
-- typo. p.s, i did buy souvenirs in previous days (from factorie)

11.  i convinced myself to get at least something from the high-end aussie brands (Country Road, Witchery, yd., Marcs, etc. *i guess 'induestrie' is sorta high-end but it isn't so much? no idea.). so i did. but not really. it was a plain-striped (labelled Midnight colour on the tag for faux class when 'midnight' shouldn't be a colour and 'dark blue' is more straightforward, purposes) tee [19.95, original price 49.95 for which i would have never gotten cos' it's just a tee shirt. still, very comfortable at 70% discount.]
-- Witchery
(I THINK ONLY HIGH-END BRANDS THAT OVER-PRICE THEIR ABOVE AVERAGE QUALITY GOODS BECAUSE OF BRANDING, ARE THE ONLY STORES THAT SELL REALLY, REALLY NICE CLOTHING. SEE TOMMY HILFIGER BERMS OR A&F AND HOLLISTER FLANNELS. yes, i'm a scrooge but yeah.)
