i feel so frustrated with the exams. all i wanna do is have fun, go to amore. basically, i just wanna live my own life. if only we could study what we wanted to study instead of what we're told to. i reckon life would be a lot more enjoyable and people would be more keen to learn. haven't finished Geography and haven't began Math. 2 more days, 2 more days. but tonight i'll forget about sleeping.


STORY TIME:



"so what's your story?"

"my name is Joshua Harriet and i work for a movie company, but i don't do any producing, i don't do any directing, nor am i the person you would find holding one of those large microphones above the actors' heads. in fact, i don't even touch the cameras at my workplace. and you may find yourself a little surprised when you hear that i am rarely present on set."

my name is Joshua Harriet, and despite what you have just heard, i am not lying when i still say that i work for a film company. my job, in a surmised version, requires me to plan out the entire soundtrack for whatever movie i am tasked with, be it an action flick, a romantic comedy or even horror pictures (though you may find less music in them). i watch movies way before people like you get a chance to, but these movies are in an entirely different version from the one you will get a chance to experience. the movies i watch are devoid of any music, like a silent movie sans the actors' voices, and it is up to me to fill moments in the movie with music or sounds i feel should be included. 

my name is Joshua Harriet, and i give a whole new perspective to movies. i make your adventures more enjoyable, i give actors an atmosphere that plays with their strengths and i provide settings with more grandeur with what they seem to possess. 

so this is my story, but as i've said, it is only the summarised version of it -- like reducing a bottle of wine into a concentrated sauce, there is much more to know about me and the work i do."

inspiration:

BEAUTIFUL. the inspiration's actually from the guy who made it, and well, of course the video luh. but he makes mixtapes, i don't know if it's for a living or something but the idea of this person, which in my head, looks really bohemian and hippie-like (not those with long hair and beads k, but hipster-like). think the dude who made this but with dirty-blonde hair and a bit of a scruff. and pale but in an unhealthy way. i'm a visual-imaginative person. actually i thought of the character being an ashley olsen with brown hair but yeah, i thought a guy (not sexist) could carry my imagined perspective better in terms of attitude. k, no idea why i paragraphed my entire concept cos' i think it's lame and nobody gives a shit (actually nobody gives a shit for these things i write anyway) but yeah.
